Cappuccino K-cup recipe change

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have been purchasing these k-cups for about a year, and apparently now there has been a recipe change. The caramel cappuccino now has a bitter taste with a filmy, pasty residue left over. I contacted the company and was informed about the recipe change. They expressed concern that I did not like the new recipe. Other than that, I'm stuck with three boxes of horrible tasting cappuccino. They did offer to send me a coupon, but as I have no intentions of purchasing any more of this product, a coupon does me very little good. I did let the representative know that since they basically told me that they could do nothing other than send a coupon, I would respond with a negative review to at least let people know that there had been a recipe change. And that the change was not good.

Grove Square K-cups don't work in Keurig coffee maker

I purchased 2 boxes and they are not reconized by my Keurig coffee maker. I am going to have to return the boxes to the store for a refund. I have a Keurig 460 coffee maker. I will never buy this brand K-cups again. I do not know how it tastes since it will not be reconized. And I do not need 80 words to describe this experience. But it says I have to input 80 words or more. This really sucks.

POD is broken

I purchased 2 boxes of Grove Square Cappuccino Kuerig coffee from London Drugs on 05/28/15 When I opened the boxes there was 1 pod in each box not usable( hove not emptied whole box) but rest look OK. 1 pod in the Cappuccino French Vanilla box was ripped completely apart with the contents all over the box. 1 pod in the cappuccina hazelnut box the lid was ripped making it also not usable. Not sure if something went wrong in the manufacturing process or what. But at the price of the coffee to lose one in each box makes it even more expensive. definitely makes me think twice about purchasing any more if that is the quality I find. I have kept the pods & the receipt as proof of purchase & my complaint

Cider drink mix

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Bought the Grove Square cider drink mix K cups. Almost everyone we have used the water comes up around the top of the cups due to faulty lid sealing. The cider comes out all over the place except in the cup. Every one of them when we took the empty cup out, had come apart where the top seal is attached to the plastic cup.. Cheaply made. Extremely disappointed with this product and will not be purchasing again. Will take back to the shop we purchased from and let them know of this problem - hopefully they take it off of the shelve.

Grove square coffee k cups. Sterum foods

I purchased the kcups thinking that this was going to be a great cup of coffee, just like the other companys that make k cups. Well, this is the worst tasting coffee ever, i never knew it was instant coffee. If I wanted instant coffee, i would of purchased instant coffee. I just tried to make a cup of coffee with this k cup, but it seemed like only a little water came out of my machine. I thought something was wrong with my Keurig. I opened the k cup and there was nothing in it, i also felt other ones that felt like they were empty. It looked like the coffee was in a wet ball on the bottom of the cup. I threw them away. I feel they are misrepresenting the consumers by not stating this is instant coffee anywhere on the box

I worked as a machine operator for the grove square cups (sturm foods) and I think you may have misunderstood. If there wasn't a small filter inside the cup, then what you had was cappuccino or hot chocolate and if there was still product in the cup then I highly suggest you call the company. Unfortunately, the cups doing that is not unheard of, and every call helps the company limit these defects.

You're selling K-Cups with instant coffee - highway robery. You should be ashamed of yourself. But, it's a way to make money right?

I am trying to purchase Grove Square Medium Roast Coffee K-cups. Walmart used to sell it but has discontinued it.

I have been buying it for almost 2 years, but no one near me carries it.

I live in Cranston RI. Reply to Merry 143@***.net to let me know where I can purchase it.

you can buy this same brand of coffe at Walmart - but -- it's instant coffee.

Buy hills brothers and use a K-cup adapter - you'll be satisfied and happy (saves much money) :grin

Grove square coffee imposters

grove square coffee is instant coffee. i am so angry, my husband kept saying that his coffee tasted like instant, and i thought it smelled like instsnt. i opened up the k-cup and it was instant. no grounds, no filter, nothing in the used cup. shame on you grove square, or whoever you are. you won't get me again, and if i can let other people know how bad this coffee truely is i will do it. you have nothing on your box that says that you are selling instant coffee, if i would go out and buy a jar of inatant coffee, it would be cheaper than what we are paying for your k-cups. it would be helpful if you put instant on you box, so that people would know what they are in for.

o.k - but it's robery to buy K-cups for what it's selling for - with instant coffee. Are you from Rhode Island or something..

I lives 8 miles from the RI border years ago.

whatever.. 8)
